Implementation of Digital Fuel solution to validate and reconcile supplier resource units and billing rates. Our methodology includes a data quality management process to ensure data integrity on an ongoing basis.
Results:
Greater than 5% operating expense reduction by reconciling invoiced resource units for server and storage services. Upon completion of initial pilot, the solution has now expanded to include a portfolio of suppliers and service towers for a more comprehensive view of services and consumption patterns. The TBM service has established the foundation for showback to global business units.
